All three models can have a screened in porch one of which comes standard with the house.  The other two models offer the screened portion as an option upon contract signing.

Steve Fields Companies has incentives for the American Dream series that are very attractive to all homebuyers.  They will give you a choice of paying $3,000 of your closing cost OR they will reimburse you for the interest payments on your construction to perm loan.  In addition, the contract signing deposit is only $2,000 and is credited towards your construction loan at closing.  This $2,000 deposit is refundable if you choose to cancel before your construction loan has closed.
